Florentina Shabanaj

Florentina Shabanaj is the Executive Assistant at the LDA Balkan branch in Kosovo. She completed her Bachelor studies at the Faculty of Economics, University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”. Also, Florentina completed her internship at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, where she is now part of the Hymeri Elevators Company. Since 2016 she participated in many trainings and conferences on various topics ranging from economics, technology, culture. Florentina has also participated in study visits that have a cultural character held in: Harilaq, Tirana, Prizren, Krujë, Durrës, Berat and Ulpianë, organized by Lda Balkan and other organizations as well, as part of the conference Students for Liberty Regional in 2018. She was part of the conference “DREAMin Albania” held in Tirana in 2020. She was certified in many trainings starting from Prevention of Violent Extremism in Kosovo, for digital marketing, green economy, “Shaping and future of Europe” Simulation Game organized by the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS), and certified as a delegate to the student convention organized by the Government of Kosovo.
