Sedat Baraliu finished the PhD in History in “Pierre Mendes France – Grenoble 2” University in Grenoble, France, in 2014. He is specialized in the field of prehistory with the main focus on the Iron Age period. He earned a PhD degree with the thesis “La mort, les morts en Dardanie pendant l’âge de fer”. Since 2007, he has been working as an assistant of a group of subjects from the History at the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”. He has participated in a number of archaeological researches conducted inside and outside of Kosovo, such as Butrint, Apollonia, Tetovo and across many different localities of Kosovo. He lectures on subjects from the field of Iron Age and Illyrian history in the Department of Archeology.
